Course Delivery: Upon full payment, students will receive access to scheduled live classes and course materials via a secure online platform.
Access and Availability: Recorded sessions will be made available to ensure all students have access, regardless of attendance.
Technology and Learning Environment Requirements: Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible devices for accessing the online platform. Students are also expected to have printed or digital copies of course materials available before each class to maximize their learning experience. During live sessions, students should ensure they are in a quiet environment with good lighting to create an optimal learning experience.
Support Availability: Our support team is available during regular business hours to assist with technical or academic queries. Please note that responses to support requests may not be immediate, as inquiries are handled in the order they are received. We aim to address all queries as promptly as possible.
Course Adjustments: We may adjust course schedules, including dates, length, fees, and the number of sessions, to best meet educational goals and logistical requirements. Notifications will be provided as needed, and any adjustments will not affect the core value of the course.
